This spring truss from TRUFORM® is designed with a steel spring, rustproof, covered with 1" synthetic leather sleeve; 1¾" elastic band with adjustable keyhole buckle that allows for infinite adjustment for maximum comfort. With the addition of 1" x 5¾" synthetic leather covered back pad to minimize pressure over lower back musculature.
